Return PolicyMore Refund Time This Christmas To help you with your Christmas shopping, products bought from 1 October can be returned up to 10 January. This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted items, so you can shop early without worrying they won’t like their present. To take advantage of this extended returns period, the receipt must show a purchase date of 21 November to 21 December 2009. Items returned by post must be posted by 14 January 2010. Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn or if goods have been damaged after purchasing. If returning the goods, the costs will be at your expense unless the goods are defective
